Cost and terms
What executive LinkedIn ghostwriting actually costs.
Anyone looking into this is quoted anything from a few hundred a month to five figures, with very little to explain the difference. These are my numbers, and what each one is buying.
The engagement
From€2,000per month · minimum four months
That is Behind the Voice, private LinkedIn positioning and ghostwriting for one senior person. It begins with LinkPASS, the profile rebuilt properly once, because the profile has to be right before anything is published against it. For clients who continue into a full engagement, it is included.
You work with one person from the first conversation to the final draft.
Why there is a minimum
The first weeks are the ones that do the work.

The Foundation cannot be rushed.
I learn how you think, how you speak and how you decide, and settle what your name should stand for. It is built from you, which is the one part that cannot be delegated.

Writing before understanding is just output.
Anyone can publish in the first week. It will not sound like you, and the wrong positioning repeated is worse than silence.

Four months is where it starts to pay.
By then you are explaining less to me, and I am checking less back with you. That is the point at which the arrangement becomes cheap for what it returns.
What the fee includes
- Positioning direction.
- Judgment on what to say and what to hold back.
- Ideas and research, brought to you.
- Profile copy and visual direction.
- Eight to twelve pieces a month.
- Publishing on an agreed schedule, after your approval.
- Direct contact in working hours, two to four calls a month.
- A monthly review.
Volume, rhythm and how your team is involved are set out in the proposal, once I understand what your situation actually needs.
What the fee does not buy
- No guarantees on followers, engagement or business results.
- No engagement pods, comment farming or automation.
- No content written to fill a number.
- No rotating writers, no juniors, no subcontractors.
What I can be held to is the quality of the judgment and the writing.
If this is not the shape you need
Not everyone needs a full engagement, and I would rather say so early than sell one.
LinkPASS, the profile rebuilt properly once, starts at €500 as a one-off. Side by Side, private advisory where you write and I hold the standard, starts at €800 per month. Team Up, for a company and its leadership together, starts at €1,200 per month with a six month minimum.
Before you commit anything
The first conversation is free and commits you to nothing. I will show you what a serious counterparty finds when they search your name.
Diagnosis is free. Direction is not.
Nothing rolls over by default. Before the initial term ends we decide together whether to continue, so you never have to cancel anything in order to stop.
