For Executive Teams

I don't replace the people already protecting your executive's reputation. I work with them.

LinkedElla is a private LinkedIn partner that works within the structure you already have. Approvals stay where they are. Communications stay aligned. The principal remains the final voice. My job is to represent your executive properly online while protecting their time, and yours, in the process.

How the engagement runs, operationally

Approvals

Every draft goes through the approval path you define. Nothing is published without sign-off, and the principal holds the final decision. Silence is never treated as consent.

Drafts and access

You decide who sees drafts and at what stage. Materials live where your policies require. On my side, access is one person: me. No juniors, no subcontractors, no shared tools I don't control.

Sensitive topics

Anything touching legal, financial, personnel, or reputational risk is escalated to you before it is drafted, not after. Part of my job is flagging what should not be said at all.

Publishing responsibility

Who presses publish is agreed at the start: me, your team, or the principal. Whoever it is, it happens on schedule and only after approval.

Alignment with PR and marketing

I coordinate with communications calendars, embargoes, and campaigns rather than working around them. PR and marketing stay aligned. I do not direct or manage internal departments.

The principal's time

The engagement is built to need less of it over time. Conversations are scheduled through you, prepared in advance, and used well. The engagement removes friction rather than adding another thing to manage.

If you are evaluating me on someone's behalf, that is exactly what this page is for. Bring your questions to the first conversation. The NDA can be signed before it happens.

Evaluating on someone's behalf? Start the conversation. The NDA can come first.
