The engagement
Private LinkedIn positioning and executive ghostwriting.
Someone looks you up before a meeting, an introduction, a partnership conversation, or an investment decision. What they find should match what you have actually done.
For most of the people I work with, it does not. The credibility is real. The public record is thin, out of date, or written for a chapter that has already closed.
How the work develops
A working relationship that improves with time.
-
01
I listen first.
I start by listening. I learn how you think, how you speak, how you decide, and what matters enough to carry your name.
-
02
I learn your world.
Your business, your priorities, your people, the sensitivities, and the context behind what you say.
-
03
I become part of the rhythm.
I work directly with you and, where it helps, alongside your Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, marketing, PR, or communications team.
-
04
You explain less over time.
The longer we work together, the better I understand what sounds like you, what doesn't, what needs approval, and what should never be published in your name.
The shape of it
I understand first, then I write.
The Foundation
I learn your world, your record, and your voice, and establish the positioning your public presence should carry: what your name should stand for, who it should reach, and what you would never say publicly.
The Work
I write in your voice and publish on your behalf. Writing can begin while the Foundation is still developing, and the understanding keeps evolving as your business does.
The Judgment
Underneath all of it is judgment. What should be said. What should wait. What should never be published in your name at all.
The details, including volume, rhythm, publishing and how your team is involved, are set out in the proposal once I understand what your situation actually needs.
Working with the people around you
Most executives do not operate alone. Where there is an assistant, a Chief of Staff, a communications lead, marketing, PR, or legal, I work alongside them. Approvals stay where you set them. Communications stay aligned. You remain the final voice.
I do not direct or manage internal departments, and I do not become another thing for your team to manage. Where an engagement genuinely needs more coordination than that, we scope it properly at the start rather than discovering it later.
Working standards
How the engagement operates.
Confidentiality
Where required, I sign your NDA before anything confidential is shared.
What you tell me for context stays context. It is never assumed to be material.Access
You know exactly who sees drafts, who holds materials, and where the work lives.
The answer, in every engagement, is one person: me.Approvals
Nothing is published without your approval. The decision stays with you.
Silence is never treated as consent.Voice
No rotating writers. No juniors. No subcontractors.
The person who learns your voice is the person who writes in it.Sensitive topics
Anything touching legal, financial, personnel, or reputational risk comes to you before it is drafted, not after.
Part of my job is flagging what should not be said at all.Continuity
The engagement runs on stated terms: a defined notice period and clear responsibilities on both sides.
How we stop or slow down is agreed in writing before we start. What this is not
- I do not manage company pages.
- I do not work on other platforms.
- I do not write for teams or employees.
- I do not run engagement pods, comment farming, or automation of any kind.
- I never hold sales conversations in your inbox under your name.
And I do not guarantee followers, engagement, or business results. What I can be held to is the quality of the judgment and the writing.
If this is the engagement you need, start with a conversation.
Tell me what someone finds when they look you up today. That is usually where it begins.
