Different problems need different kinds of work.

Ghostwriting is my core engagement. But it is not always what the situation calls for.

Choose how you want me involved.

The right level of support depends on what you need now.

Private advisory

You write. I make sure it holds.

Some people do not want the writing done for them. They want somewhere to bring the decision about what to say, how to say it, and whether to say it at all.

You write and you publish. I read it from the outside and tell you what I would change and why. We speak on a regular rhythm, and between those conversations you can send me a draft, an idea, or a situation from the business and get my view on it.

Companies and leadership

A company's reputation is carried by its people, not by its logo.

The first month is setup: where you stand now, what the message is, and how the company page, the leadership and the wider team connect into one system. Who speaks about what, what stays internal, and who approves. That produces a written strategy and a plan of activity.

After that I lead it. I read what your people publish and send direction in writing, I position the profiles of the leadership and the key people, and once a month we measure against the goal.

Workshop

One day with your people.

Four hours, up to twelve participants, in person or split across online sessions.

Beforehand I go through your company page and the profile of everyone attending, so the day is built around what I find rather than a standard program. We start with how you look to someone checking you before a meeting, move to positioning the company and the people, and finish with practical work on their own profiles.

Afterwards you get a written document with the conclusions and a plan for the next three months.

LinkPASS™

Your profile, rebuilt once, properly.

It begins with a ninety minute conversation about what you do, who you are speaking to, and what you do not want standing in public. Then I write.

You get a complete profile ready to publish: headline, About, Experience written so it reads as a position rather than an employment history, Featured, banner direction, and the keywords people will find you by. One round of revisions, and it is finished.

One specific problem: a profile that does not represent the level you operate at.
