Confidentiality
Who writes, who sees your drafts, and what you sign.
If you are senior enough for this work to be worth doing, you are senior enough for it to carry risk. These are the arrangements that make it safe. They are stated here so you do not have to ask for them.
Who writes
I write. Nobody else sees your material.
One person from the first conversation to the final draft. No rotating writers, no juniors, no subcontractors, and nobody reading your material who is not me.
That is also why capacity is limited. The work is done directly, so there is a ceiling on how many engagements can exist at once.
What you sign
You provide your NDA and I sign it before anything confidential is shared. Not after the first conversation, before it, if that is what you need.
A separate LinkedElla Service Agreement covers the commercial terms. The two documents do different jobs and neither one stands in for the other.
How your material is handled
You always know where the work lives.
Access
You know exactly who sees drafts, who holds materials, and where the work lives.
No shared folders with people you have not met.Approvals
Nothing is published without your approval. The decision stays with you, and silence is never treated as consent.
Approvals stay where you set them.Sensitive topics
Anything touching legal, financial, personnel or reputational risk comes to you before it is drafted, not after.
Before, not after. Why no client is named here
Some of the people I work with are recognizable. That is precisely why they are not named here.
The engagements on this site are described without names, because the same discretion that protects them is the one that will protect you.
The people around you
Most executives do not operate alone. Where there is an assistant, a Chief of Staff, a communications lead, marketing, PR or legal, I work alongside them.
Approvals stay where you set them. Communications stay aligned. You remain the final voice. I do not direct or manage internal departments, and I do not become another thing for your team to manage.
If discretion is the condition,
say so first and we will put it in writing before anything else is discussed.
