For Executive Teams
I don't replace the people already protecting your executive's reputation. I work with them.
LinkedElla is a private LinkedIn partner that works within the structure you already have. Approvals stay where they are. Communications stay aligned. The principal remains the final voice. My job is to represent your executive properly online while protecting their time, and yours, in the process.
One condition
The principal has to want this.
Your company can start the conversation, and your company can pay for the engagement. That is normal and it is not a problem.
What does not work is an executive who is a passive subject of it. This work is built from their reasoning, their decisions, the things they chose not to do, and the things they will not say publicly. None of that can be supplied by anyone else, however well you know them.
So they join the qualification conversation, and they take part properly in Discovery. It is not a long commitment of their time, but it cannot be delegated.
If you are not yet sure they want it, that is worth finding out before we speak.
The one-page brief
Everything here, on a single sheet.
Written to be forwarded: what the engagement is, how much of the principal's time it takes, how approvals and confidentiality work, what is included, what is not, and the investment.
No form, no email address required.

Clear where it needs to be.
Approvals
Every draft goes through the approval path you define. Nothing is published without sign-off, and the principal holds the final decision. Silence is never treated as consent.
Drafts and access
You decide who sees drafts and at what stage. Materials live where your policies require. On my side, access stays limited to me. No juniors. No subcontractors. No additional people are given access without your approval.
Sensitive topics
Anything touching legal, financial, personnel, or reputational risk is escalated to you before it is drafted, not after. Part of my job is flagging what should not be said at all.
Publishing responsibility
Who presses publish is agreed at the start: me, your team, or the principal. Whoever it is, it happens on schedule and only after approval.
Alignment with PR and marketing
I coordinate with communications calendars, embargoes, and campaigns rather than working around them. PR and marketing stay aligned. I do not direct or manage internal departments.
The principal's time
The engagement is built to need less of it over time. Conversations are scheduled through you, prepared in advance, and used well. The engagement removes friction rather than adding another thing to manage.
Which engagement, and what it costs
This page describes how I work, not a separate service. What you are evaluating is one of two engagements.
From€2,000per month · minimum four months
Ghostwriting, where the work is centered on one principal.
From€1,200per month · minimum six months
Company and leadership positioning, where the business and several of its leaders need to say the same thing.
If you are evaluating me on someone's behalf, that is exactly what this page is for.
Bring your questions to the first conversation. Where confidentiality is needed before that, I sign your NDA first.
