I take over your public presence on LinkedIn. You do not write, and you do not decide what goes out or when. That is my job.

Who this is for

Business owners, C-level executives, public figures, and athletes moving into a business chapter. People whose name already means something before they walk into a room, and whose presence online does not show it.

Who this is not for

People early in a career. People whose goal is followers. People who want to become creators. Anyone who cannot give one conversation a month.

How it works

The first month is the foundation. I learn your voice, how you think and how you speak, through conversations, recordings, and material you already have. We agree on your position, who you are speaking to, and what you would never say publicly. Your profile is rebuilt.

From the second month I run it. I write, I publish in your name, I watch what happens around your profile, and I change direction based on what is happening in your business. In the third month we sit down again, so I hear what has changed for you.

What you get

Publishing in your name, from your profile. You approve. Nothing else is asked of you.
An open line by message. When something occurs to you, when you see something worth saying, or when you are not sure whether something should be public, you write and you have an answer the same working day.
My judgment on what I would not publish, and the reason why. The decision stays with you.
Work alongside your assistant, your PR, your marketing and your management, so your communication is aligned instead of run from three directions.
Oversight of your connections and messages. What needs you reaches you. The rest does not.
One person. No team, no rotating writers, no subcontractors.

Your time

Two or three conversations in the first month, because that is when I learn your voice. After that, one conversation a month and short messages when it suits you.

Not included

Running your company page. Content for other platforms. Any promise about reach, followers, or inbound.

For people who want to keep their own hand on the page and still have someone reading it from the outside.

Who this is for

Executives and owners who publish themselves and want direction and a second opinion. People who are not ready to hand over their profile, and know they should not be doing this alone.

How it works

Two conversations a month, an hour each. We go through what you published, what is about to go out, and what is happening in your business that could become a subject. Between calls you send me an idea, a draft, or a situation from work, and I tell you how I would frame it, or whether I would raise it at all.

What you get

Review before you publish, with specific changes rather than general comments.
A clear answer when you are not sure something belongs in public. This is the most common reason people call me.
Direction for the coming months, so you write for a reason instead of when the mood arrives.
A read on your profile and your position at the start.

Not included

Writing for you. Publishing in your name. Running your profile, connections, or messages. Approving your content, because that decision stays with you and your team.

How it works

We start with a ninety minute conversation about what you do, who you are speaking to, how you want to be understood, and what you do not want stated publicly. Then I write. Within ten working days you have a complete profile, ready to publish. One round of changes closes it.

Who this is for

People who want an outside read on how they are currently understood online, and a clear order of what to do about it, before deciding on anything longer.

How it works

I look at your profile and your presence before we speak. We go through how you read to someone checking you before a meeting, what your presence should be doing for the work you lead, and what to put in place, in what order, and why. Afterward you have that in writing.
